Restorative Relational Therapy

A Pathway Back to Yourself and Others

A Welcome Note

Shopping for a therapist is daunting; my hope is to make the process easier. I provide a collaborative, supportive space to help you honor your story and achieve your personal goals—always recognizing that you are the expert of your own life.

Growing up in a two-culture household, I developed a lifelong fascination with multicultural identity and relational dynamics. Our identities are deeply shaped by our relationships—with our family of origin, chosen family, and surrounding communities. These relationships can be the site of our deepest wounds, as well as the point of our greatest healing. When these cultural worlds clash, it can leave you feeling demoralized, shamed, or disconnected from yourself and those who matter most. Learning to align with your core values and community can lead to profound healing.

I am Gottman Level I trained and incorporate trauma-informed approaches through a contextual, narrative, and attachment-based lens. I also integrate DBT-informed mindfulness skills for emotional regulation to help clients navigate difficult life transitions. I work with individuals, couples, and families through multiple stages of life, including challenges with disruptive family dynamics, cultural differences, past betrayals, and addiction recovery. Together, we will honor your unique background, heal unresolved hurts, and reconnect you with an authentic sense of self. I view our therapeutic work as an evolving partnership, and I always welcome your feedback along the way.

The Options

Couple’s Therapy: Every relationship has a unique dance. Occasionally, partners step on each other’s toes, and it can be challenging to escape the cycle of resentment or pain. Couples therapy provides a neutral space to change your rhythm. Together, we’ll work on improving communication, restructuring unhealthy patterns, healing past wounds, and navigating life transitions as a team.

Family Therapy With Adult Children: Family relationships often hold our deepest connections—and our hardest challenges. When adult family members choose to pursue healing together, it can transform your individual sense of self, rebuild emotional safety, and open the door to new perspectives. Family therapy offers a safe, trauma-informed space to heal old childhood wounds and break repetitive, hurtful patterns.

Individual Therapy: Our relationship with ourselves is often the most important key to finding grounding, regulating our emotions, and developing compassion for our whole selves. True self-confidence grows when we accept who we are—strengths and weaknesses alike. Often, we go through life transitions or difficult relationships where we develop survival parts that disconnect us from our core identity. Individual therapy focuses on reconnecting with your values, understanding your unique parts, and offering empathy and care to your whole self.
